You have such a beautiful way with words. I hope you can find small bits of joy during this difficult time and that the memories of phoebe bring a bit of comfort. Writing does help, but write just for yourself, too, not only for blog posts. May I suggest writing down everything you remember about Phoebe; it will help your own memories (which will inevitably dim and shift over time), but it will also help Mae, who may have to reprocess her loss at every stage of her life.

I also encourage you to reach out to support groups for parents whose children have died of cancer. You've joined a club nobody wants to join, but now that you've gone through the initiation, you might as well take advantage of the few benefits of membership: the empathetic ears and the gathered experiences of other people who have also traversed the unthinkable.

Forgive me if I've said too much, or said things you already know. My heart goes out to you, and I will continue to follow your blog and to pray for you and your family.Zedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07223620939358210283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1653852923429363960.post-53345838090757842602015-12-18T06:14:04.254-08:002015-12-18T06:14:04.254-08:00Thank you for sharing.
